Boosting physical, emotional, and brain development
Our services focus on improving our participants’ wellbeing and quality of life by teaching them healthier habits and social skills, increasing their opportunities for engaging in physical activity and helping them learn strategies to regulate their mood. Our aim is to build social skills and confidence, as well as teach healthy lifestyle choices from a young age. We welcome NDIS participants with a range of conditions, including global developmental delays, autism spectrum disorder, adolescent anxiety and depression, ADHD, as well as sensory disabilities such as hearing or vision impairment, including blindness.
Fitness studio
Our individualised fitness training program allows participants to develop their spatial awareness, improve their fine motor skills and coordination and increase their stamina and fitness levels in a safe environment. Participants have access to a fully equipped fitness studio in which we run one-on-one training sessions suitable for children and individuals with disabilities.
Virtual reality
Our exciting VR facility for clients aged 12 years or more takes training to the next level, allowing a fully immersive experience in which clients practice critical motor and coordination skills in an enjoyable virtual environment. We also use VR technology to teach social communication and cooperation skills that are essential to everyday life, and to teach participants to recognise and express their mood and emotions.
Brain training
We use specialised equipment and VR training to improve spatial awareness, focus and attention, working memory and sensorimotor integration. Our training is fun and incredibly engaging. We can also track, quantify and report on performance improvements.
