Emotional wellbeing and social skills
We teach our clients how to recognize mood cues such as sings of stress, how to regulate their own emotions, and how to express their emotions appropriately. We tailor our one-on-one sessions to the needs and the level of understanding of our participants, including children.
We also use a range of specialised VR apps developed for mental health professionals. These immersive experiences developed for and by mental health professionals incorporate evidence-based techniques to help participants learn how to control negative emotions, overcome anxiety responses and be more resilient.
In addition to individual sessions in the studio, we also offer participants opportunities to join regular outdoor activities in the company of peers. These are excellent experiences that allow our participants to practice their social skills and build their confidence in their own abilities.
